By ordering our Product you bind yourself to this agreement and certify that you do, in fact, agree to this agreement in full. A Script license, issued to a designated user only by phpinvoicescript.com, is required for each user of the Script Product. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, then do not install or use the Script Product or the Script Product License. By explicitly accepting these terms, however, or by installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Script Product and/or Script Product License, you are acknowledging and agreeing to be bound by the following terms:
Delivery Of Product:
We will Send the Download Link to you Within 24 hrs On Working Days(Monday- Friday), If its Weekend then the scripts will be delivered within 48 hours (Saturday -Sunday)
Maintenance:
We can discuss it privately.
Installation Requirement:
It should be provided with cpanel, FTP & you need to purchase it from a hosting companies like godaddy, hostgator, inmotionhosting which we usually refer.
Customization:
As a professional script development firm our team involving in research about the current trend on the particular domain and user expectation on the product. There after we approve the concept and do the product development so our almost satisfy the buyers needs. Even though in any case if you would like to customize you can contact Support team support@phpinvoicescript.com they will get back you with the costing. Also you can customize your self the source code is open source so you can customize the scripts by hiring any freelancer or developer.
Limited Warranty:
Due to open source you have right to customize the design and development as per you wish but once its customized with our source. If your developer customize and error occur from your end, we will not provide any warranty or guarantee support not further applicable at free of cost. If needed you can hire our developers.
We do not store your credit card details
If you choose to pay for the Product using a Credit Card, your credit card details are not stored by us and cannot be used by our staff it completely handover to the Payment Gateways.
License:
The Script Product License, which is issued to a designated user, enables such designated user to install and use the Script Product on a single website/domain.Until Unless get the confirmation from us then we grant you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right for you to use the Script Product on a single website/domain.This single domain, Multiple domain and Multiple Domain with resale rights license restriction NOT APPLICABLE for who did purchase Re-seller package.
